Discount / Free Theatre If you would like to workshop an idea, teach a class, or produce a full-scale show our Off-Off Broadway theatre is available during the months of December & January (and some of February & March)...at a huge discount. In some cases, you may be able to use the space free of charge and give the owner of the theatre the house. It normally costs $2,370 a week to use the theatre or $200 on off-nights.
